• US #5789 – Printed in coils of 3,000 and 10,000 by BCA, serpentine die cut 10-3/4, microprinted “USPS” at right of lowest flag stripe. Not often seen at post offices, can be hard to get ahold of!
• US #5789A – Same as #5789, but serpentine die cut 11. Not often seen at post offices, hard to find!
• US #5790 – Printed in double-sided booklets of 20 by APU, serpentine die cut 11-1/4 x 10-3/4, microprinted “USPS” below left corner of flag field.
• US #5791 – Printed in double-sided booklets of 20 by BCA, serpentine die cut 11-1/4 x 10-3/4, microprinted “USPS” at right of lowest flag stripe.
