Both the s5 and s6 1997 definitive stamps issued by the Vienna Headquarters are based on a work of art titled Hoo-o Raigi (Phoenixes Flying Down), by Sagenji Yoshida of Japan. This painting was donated to the Vienna International Centre by the Asia Crime Prevention Foundation in 1966.
