The 25¢ issue shows the first Article in the Declaration and features a mural from the New School for Social Research in New York.  The mural is called “The Table of Universal Brotherhood” and was created by Jose Clemente of Orozco, Mexico.  The 45¢ issue has the second Article and a painting, “Study for Composition II,” by Vassily Kandinsky of France.  It is from the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
