Stamp tied to cover with black "MANILA, P.I. SEP 29 2 PM 02" duplex cancel and black double line "BATTERSEA 5.15PM NO 3 02 2"
transit CDS. Stamp pays the correct 5c per half-ounce letter rate. Three-line black manuscript has corrected address in the upper-LEFT corner and a black "SHEFFIELD S.D.O. 9AM NO 4 02" receiving CDS next to it. Black 'LONSON, W 7 AM NO3 2" and "SHEFFIELD 2 AM NO 4 02 9" transit CDSs on the back. A neat piece of postal history.
