The note says, "The President on Duty, Admit Dr. Hbertz and four friends to be present at the duty in the Inland Office on Saturday 5 Inst. [signed] Rowland Hill 2 Feb. 1853." And a note at the bottom by Hill says, "Entered in Visitor's Book. R.H." Letter is in fine condition and a neat piece signed by the man credited with inventing postage stamps.
