4.5 x 7" document signed by Sir Rowland Hill on February 2, 1853. The note says, "The President on Duty, Admit Dr. Hubertz and four friends to be present at the duty in the Inland Office on Saturday 5 Inst. [signed] Rowland Hill 2 Feb. 1853." And a note at the bottom by Hill says, "Entered in Visitor's Book. R.H." Letter is in fine condition and a neat piece signed by the man credited with inventing postage stamps.
