1898 5¢ dark blue Grant single used by October 3, 1899 New York, Madison Square Station machine cancel on cover to M. J. Clancy, U.S. Consular Agent in Bluefields, Nicaragua.  October 5, New Orleans transit marking and purple Bluefields administrative handstamp on reverse.  An interesting usage of the 5¢ 1st Bureau Issue to Nicaragua.
