Mint Souvenir Sheet Commemorates 50th Anniversary of First Moon Landing

This mint stamp pictures original artwork of an astronaut taking samples from the lunar surface.  In the background is the lunar module and, beyond that, Earth.  The stamp frame pictures red and white stripes plus stars on a blue background, a nod to the American flag that now permanently resides on the Moon.  The selvage of the souvenir sheet pictures the surface of the Moon with Earth in the background.
