In 2019, the Royal Mail honored Sir Elton John with a series of stamps chronicling his remarkable career.  Elton John is considered one of the greatest musicians of all time.  With a career spanning six decades and more than 30 albums, he’s received numerous awards including Grammys, Academy Awards, Golden Globes, and a Tony Award.  In 2019 his life and career were recounted in the major motion picture Rocketman, and he embarked on his farewell tour. 

To honor this exceptional career, the Royal Mail issued 12 stamps featuring some of Elton John’s most famous albums and live performances.  This colorful presentation pack includes all 12 stamps, photos, and a fact-filled exploration of his life by music journalist Alexis Petridis.
