Issued in 1997, this fun sheet of six mint Gambia stamps honors Mickey's Journey to the West.  It pictures Mickey with the Monkey King (Sun Wukong) and other characters from the classic Chinese Novel, Journey to the West.  Published in 1592, the novel tells of the legendary pilgrimage of Tang dynasty Buddhist monk Xuanzang who traveled to India to find sacred texts (sūtras).  The stamps picture:
