# MA1966 - Full 366 Day Calendar Made with Dated 3c Washington Stamps, US #11
A Word from Don Sundman on This Special Collection...
I'm excited to share something truly unique – a full leap year calendar made entirely out of US #11 stamps! Each stamp is canceled on a different day, covering all 366 days of a leap year.
The stamps themselves are pieces of history. The 1855 3¢ Washington was called the "workhorse" of the 1851-57 postal system because it was used to mail most of America's letters. These stamps delivered mail across 3,000 miles. They connected families, friends, and businesses across the country.
What's most impressive about this calendar is the dedication of the person who put it together. A collector went through thousands of stamps to find stamps with a date cancel and then hundreds of those to find every date including February 29th. It boggles the mind how much time someone spent finding all these stamps!
This leap year stamp calendar is something that can't be easily replicated. Expensive? Certainly. Worth it for the amount of hard work and history behind it? Absolutely. Only one lucky collector can own this unique piece. Will it be you?
