The stamps in this big selection were issued during the late 1970s, 1980s and 1990s as South Africa’s policy of Apartheid was coming to an end.  One of the stamps you might get celebrates the 1989 election of President F. W. de Klerk, who eased and then abolished Apartheid legislation.
