Neat Collection – 25 Mint U.S. Space Stamps

Special collector’s set of mint space issues includes the stamp honoring the first man on the moon – #C76.  The die used to make the printing plates for this stamp was actually taken to the moon by Neil Armstrong.  When he landed on the moon, an impression was made on paper, thus creating the moon’s first postage stamp!  Collection also includes the popular “Space Twins” issue and Space Shuttle block of eight.
