Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third child, Prince Louis Arthur Charles, the morning of April 23, 2018.
To commemorate the birth of the royal baby, the Marshall Islands, Nevis, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, and Palau all released a souvenir sheet to make a special series.
