# FD425 - 2009 Aud Pres cover, pages, card
Cover Officially Endorsed by Audubon
Working together, Fleetwood/Mystic and The National Audubon Society created the mint sheet of five bird labels featured on this cover. The labels on this cover were officially postmarked on April 26, 2009 – John James Audubon’s birthday, along with the 1963 U.S. Audubon stamp picturing two Columbia Jays and the Snowy Egret stamp.
Through its education, science and public policy programs, Audubon gets people involved throughout the U.S. and Latin America in conservation. Audubon’s Centers, and its sanctuaries and education programs are developing the next generation of conservation leaders. This is done by providing opportunities for families, students, teachers and others to learn about and enjoy the natural world. Proceeds from these covers benefit the Audubon Society.
