Two-Toned 2009 Gold Plated Territory Quarters

This set of six 2009 territory quarters honoring the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands has a special twist. All six of these quarters feature a neat gold two-tone effect, so you’ll see their intricate designs in special detail.

The District of Columbia quarter pictures Duke Ellington and a piano while the Puerto Rico quarter pictures a sentry box at Castillo San Felipe del Morro and a hibiscus flower.  The Guam quarter shows the outline of the island, a flying proa, and a latte stone while the American Samoa coin pictures an ava bowl, whisk, staff, and coconut tree.  The Virgin Islands coin pictures the outline of the three major islands, the banana quit bird, the yellow cedar tree, and the tyre palm tree.  The Northern Mariana Islands coin pictures a limestone latte, canoe, and two white fairy tern birds.
