About the obverse (front/heads) design: Pictures the classic Walking Liberty design created by Adolph A. Weinman for use on the Walking Liberty half dollar between 1916 and 1947.  It shows Liberty striding forward, wrapped in the American flag, with right hand extended and left hand holding branches of laurel and oak.  The US Mint used historical assets to create a design closer to Weinman’s original version, including his traditional artist mark (found under “IN GOD WE TRUST”).  Lettering includes “LIBERTY,” “2025,” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.”

About the reverse (back/tails) design: Pictures the new design created in 2021.  Shows an American eagle about to land, with an oak branch in its talons.  Lettering includes “UNITED SATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” “1 OZ. FINE SILVER,” and “ONE DOLLAR.”  The West Point mint’s mark is under the left wing of the eagle.
