 Cover Celebrates Lance Armstrong's First Tour De Force Win

In 1999, Lance Armstrong rode for the US Postal Service's cycling team and became the first American to win the Tour de France.  He went on to win the event six more times.  This cover commemorates the first victory and was issued during the welcome home celebration in his home city of Austin, Texas.  It's a neat reminder of his first Tour de France win.
