#MCD17 – 100 Different US FDC's 1940's to present

Get 100 First Day Covers For Less Than $1 Each

Discover over 75 years of history with this large collection of assorted US First Day Covers.  Dating back to 1940, you'll get to trace our postal heritage from the era of stamp-collecting president Franklin Roosevelt to today. Collections vary, but the one I looked at included covers from several different cachet makers, which makes for great fun exploring all the artwork.  I found lots of plate blocks and multiples on covers, and several that included Special Delivery and Certified Mail stamps.  There were also a few with neat pictorial postmarks and interesting stories on the back.  Just imagine the history you'll discover!
