About the stamp designs: Each stamp picture’s a different snowflake-like graphic against a dark blue, aquamarine, pale gray, or dark green background. The designs were created by artist Bailey Sullivan.
First Day City: The First Day City for these stamps was Park City, Utah, a destination known for its fun and exciting winter activities. There was no official First Day of Issue Ceremony in Park City.

You can explore a huge ice castle complete with hand-placed icicles, take a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the countryside, or hop on a dogsled and enjoy traditional travel through the mountains.
