This Fleetwood First Day Cover features G-rate stamps from three printers. The stamps were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, American Bank Note Company, and Stamp Venturers. The black “G” identifies the Bureau of Engraving and Printing stamp, the blue “G” was printed by the American Bank Note Company, and the red “G” stamp came from Stamp Venturers.
The Old Glory stamps were produced for the rate change that went into effect on January 1, 1995.
