This Fleetwood First Day Cover features G-rate postcard stamps from two printers. The stamps were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and Stamp Venturers. The black “G” identifies the Bureau of Engraving and Printing stamp, and the red “G” stamp came from Stamp Venturers.
The Old Glory stamps were produced for the rate change that went into effect January 1,1995. The postcard stamps have a yellow background so they can be easily distinguished from the 32¢ stamp with white background. “Postcard Rate” replaces “For U.S. Addresses Only” on the bottom.
