Test Stamp
This stamp features the same overall design of U.S. #2115 except it also includes a small "T" on the bottom. The "T" stands for test, as the stamp was created to test equipment.

Printed in sheets, coils, and booklets, these stamps carry the majority of our nation's mail. In fact, the Flag definitives are printed and sold in far greater quantity than any other U.S. issues. This stamp was the first to be perforated on the BEP's new Eureka perforator, which punched the sheets with perfect bull's-eye perforations.
